TERMS AND CONDITIONS - KLÖBER SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITION

1. Organiser

The organiser of the competition is Klöber GmbH, Hauptstraße 1, 88696 Owingen, Germany.

2. Participation period

The competition starts on 23 May 2025 with the publication of the first competition post and ends on Friday, 6 June 2025 at 11:59 pm.

3. Eligibility to participate

All natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to take part.
Employees of Klöber GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

4. Conditions of participation

The following steps are required to take part:

• Wear clothes in taupe in a photo - in the style of our inspiration shown.
• Post this picture on Instagram or LinkedIn.
• Link to our official Klöber account (@kloebersitzmoebel on Instagram, Klöber GmbH - Sitzmöbel on LinkedIn).
• The prerequisite for participation is that you follow us on Instagram.

Only publicly visible posts that fulfil all conditions will be entered into the competition.

5. Prize

The prize draw is for a Connex Signature | Edition Simply Taupe chair.
A cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded. The prize is non-transferable.

6. Winner selection

At the end of the participation period, the most convincing picture from our point of view will be selected.
The decision will be made internally and is subjective. Legal recourse is excluded.

7. Notification

The winner will be informed by direct message via Instagram.
The prize will then be dispatched after feedback and address transmission.

8. Rights of use

By participating, you agree that we may use your posted image in connection with the competition on our social media channels.

You also agree to provide us with a photo of you with the chair you have won after the prize has been awarded.
We may also use this photo for our communication on the above-mentioned channels.

9. Data protection

The data collected as part of the competition (e.g. Instagram handle, public image) will only be used to organise the competition.
