Future Fit & Purpose Led – working environments with attitude
A modern working environment has been created at Unilever's new headquarters in the Nikolaiquartier in Hamburg's Neustadt district – designed together with around 80 employees and inspired by the “Future Fit & Purpose Led” mission statement.
Instead of fixed workspaces, the concept is styled around an open multi-space landscape containing only about 30% classic workstations. The focus is on activity-based working, supplemented by topics such as mobility, wellbeing, food and a new meeting culture.
