After 25 years, Dutch construction company TBI Holdings BV in Rotterdam has treated itself to a long-overdue office update: The original office design used a broad selection of high-end materials, so this upgrade posed a real challenge in terms of sustainable thinking and design. As a construction firm and holding for engineering, construction and building infrastructure companies, they opted for heavyweight materials like steel and concrete for their renovation project.

Areas like the waiting zone outside the CEO’s office on the other hand were softened with natural materials to give this enclosed space a really special look and feel. The WOOOM lounge chair is perfect for this pleasant atmosphere with its focus on sustainability and wellbeing – and it provides a comfy seat for one-to-one chats or phone calls.
