The office block, which was constructed in 1996 by Novotny Mähner Ass., underwent refurbishment to include new equipment and technology. The foyer now bears the signature of Klöber.

The green lounge furniture brings structure into the room, making it suitable for a variety of activities.

The entrance area is spread over two floors and features a generous lounge with open and closed seating islands forming areas for people to come together. Furnishing them with the Klöber Concept C programme ensures that they are coordinated in appearance whilst offering a variety of functions. The space is divided into zones for reception, waiting, meetings and dining.
