Register nowThe primary objective of Dutch firm “The Office Operators” (TOO) is: maximum flexibility for all customers. Established in 2010, the innovative company now has office premises for short-term lettings in 15 locations across the Netherlands and Belgium in its portfolio. TOO occupies one of the most iconic office buildings in the Beatrix district, a vibrant business quarter in the city of Den Haag: De Haagsche Zwaan, which takes its name from the swan-shaped architectural features. TOO has set up a co-working office on the ninth floor of this building famous for its glass façade: here the company offers furnished offices and meeting rooms on a short-term let basis, relying on Klöber, the German office chair specialist, for outfitting of the workstations.
Co-working spaces are increasingly popular, and have become a favoured working location and key network opportunity for many sole traders, freelancers and aspiring start-ups. Larger companies are also gradually discovering the creative workplace communities for themselves. In the co-working office in Den Haag, "The Office Operators" provide fully furnished workstations that are equipped to a high technical specification and can be rented on flexible terms. As well as a functioning office infrastructure, tenants have fully-equipped meeting rooms at their disposal here. Because the premises are inhabited flexibly by different users, individual seating solutions with the capacity to meet their varying needs are particularly suitable.
A multi-talent for project and conference rooms
If they wish to recruit new tenants and also retain them for as long as possible, it is essential that The Office Operators stand out from the competition. They fulfil this challenge as if by magic with the help of the innovative office and conference chair ConWork, which has been used to furnish the 26 workstations within the project and conference rooms at the Den Haag site. It was the intelligent automatic mechanism of the ConWork that won over the Dutch decision-makers: whereas many task chair functions in standard project and conference rooms remain unused, with ConWork, all the personal settings - except seat height adjustment - happen automatically. The conference chair adapts 100% automatically to the height and weight of its changing users without the need for manual adjustment, which ensures the correct ergonomic sitting position for everyone. High-quality natural materials round off the chair profile as well: TOO opted for chairs with white backrest shells and pale upholstery shades to suit the good natural light conditions in the De Haagsche Zwaan offices.
A crowd-pleaser for the meeting rooms
The 26 ConWork office and conference task chairs were joined by 40 Mera visitor chairs from Klöber, which are being used in all the meeting rooms within the co-working space. The stacking cantilever chairs with a white-grey seat and backrest shell and grey fabric upholstery are the perfect choice for this creative atmosphere. Office space rental agency TOO deliberately picked these neutral colours because they were the ideal match for the corporate identity of the whole floor: light, subtle shades with strategically-placed colour highlights in black and red ensure a coherent overall impression.
