Sitting correctly has never been easier: Connex2 and Connex2 high-back conference/boardroom chair are already fulfilling tomorrow’s requirements today: they automatically adapt to every sitter and can be controlled intuitively.
Take a seat. Ideally a Connex2
- Adjust the seat height so that the angle between your thigh and calf is a little more than 90 degrees. Important: your feet must be flat on the ground
- Your back must be touching the backrest. The seat depth is correct when you can fit four fingers between the front edge of the seat and the back of your knee whilst leaning against the backrest.
- The angle between your upper and lower arm should be about 90 degrees.
- The monitor is the correct height when the top line of text on the screen is below eye level with your head tilted slightly.
- Sit dynamically and change your working position as often as possible, in other words stand up and move around at regular intervals

The seat moves through three dimensions to encourage movement in a left-right plane and support the natural movement impulse.
