Office swivel chairs are in use eight hours a day, five days a week. However, in workplaces that are occupied around the clock and also at weekends, they are in use more than four times longer. Added to this, different people require an individual measure of comfort from one and the same chair. In order to meet this challenge, Klöber have developed 24-hour chairs with all the aesthetics of the Duera and Itera ranges.

Aesthetically your choice is a matter for personal preference, with the slim silhouette, ergonomic backrest and optional headrest of the Duera, or the comfortable upholstery of the Itera to mark out the seating areas within a room.

Itera combines a voluminous seat and backrest to create a harmonious unit. The line of the upholstery perfectly traces the ergonomic contours of the backrest and is available in either a low or a high version and with an optional headrest.

Both office swivel chairs are united by sophisticated technology: the patented quick-set adjustment mechanism takes account of the user’s individual body weight. Thanks to the point-synchronised mechanism, the seat and backrest adapt perfectly to the movements of the user.

However, the best solution for normal use is anything but ideal for continuous use.
The seat with its handcrafted upholstery is 7.5 cm thick compared to the 5.5 cm of the standard use models. Spring cores ensure highly individual seating comfort and the chair also features special breathable fabrics and leathers that are particularly durable.

The seat depth is adjustable by 8 cm forwards to provide optimum leg support, the robust adjustable, armrests can be set to an optimum position and the Duera’s backrest has a 2 cm thick padding fixed at its periphery onto the backrest mesh.
Additional options are a height-adjustable lumbar support and a coat hanger to provide functional highlights in both ranges.
