Downloads. The Quality Office Guideline defines quality standards for office furniture, taking recent ergonomic studies into account. Only the minimum standards are regulated by legislation, directives and accident prevention specifications linked with DIN, CEN or ISO norms. Typical office illnesses are still on the increase. Muscular and skeletal ailments in particular, including back complaints, have become an endemic disease, accounting for almost one-third of all days taken off work. New findings from scientific research disciplines give the concepts of quality, ergonomics and prevention (health and safety) a higher and more comprehensive status. More German office supplies dealers rate Klöber number 1 “2004 performance rankings for office seating manufacturers” by the markt intern magazine: Best overall result over ten disciplines. At the Orgatec 2004 fair in Cologne, over 4,600 dealers from the office furniture sector were asked to assess their suppliers according to ten criteria. The assessment criteria included dealer and sales policy, support from sales representatives, value for money, punctuality of delivery and product quality. Klöber made the top three in six disciplines and the top five in nine disciplines, making it the clear overall leader among the 20 assessed office seating manufacturers. Download: Certificate International Best Factory Award 2002 In November 2003, Klöber was the only company in Baden-Württemberg to receive the coveted “International Best Factory Award 2002” (IBFA) from the Export-Akademie Baden-Württemberg, Reutlingen. Klöber qualified as one of the best three companies in its category of metal/plastics processing. The subsequent one-day audit by three professors from the Export-Akademie scrutinised not only the company’s management ratios but also other factors, such as corporate culture, social organisation, management style and corporate management. |
